''During Dementia Awareness Week, I delivered a Dementia Friends session to 38 staff from the NHS Prescription Payments Authority’s (PPA) offices in Wakefield. I met with their manager and 2 members of staff to discuss developing a DAA Action Plan – when he forwarded this through their processes for approval, the NHS Business Services Authority (which PPA is part of) decided that they wanted to apply this across the entire organisation and are currently in negotiations to join the DAA.''
