East Riding DAA have organised and hosted a number of events, such as a Dementia Awareness Week Information and Networking event, Dementia Friendly Cottingham event, Dementia Friendly Market Weighton event, and have more events planned.

The Dementia Involvement Group East Riding (DIGER) has been set up to enable people with dementia and their carers to voice their opinions and the first session will be taking place this month (September 2015)

Local MP support – We are holding a celebration event on World Alzheimer’s Day 2015 where members will receive their member certificate from Graham Stuart MP
