Transport for London put us in touch with Dial-A-Ride to consult on its terms and conditions for people with dementia.  They are changing them from the current situation where an essential escort is required, to this only being necessary if certain symptoms are displayed – meaning more people can get a lift without a chaperone unless it is strictly necessary
