1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

As we have access to a lot of young people we believe this is the generation that can support Tamworth in the future and continue to work towards a Dementia Friendly Community.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

I believe the challenge we will have will be keeping young people engaged in the long term to become Champions due to their commitments E.g. work/study/University.
