1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

The Midcounties Co-operative's Wolverhampton Regional Community Team's role would be to raise awareness of Dementia. To support colleagues who have or care for someone with Dementia, to be able to support clients who have or support someone with Dementia. To work with and assist Dementia Friends and the Alzheimer's Society in the work they do by providing volunteers when required.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

The only problem i can forsee is all colleagues being able to dedicate as much time as they want to due to their workloads.
